Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you purchase an item that is defective, please contact us via email at feteinstyle.mirage@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Local Delivery/Shipping

All local orders can be picked up in Tortola in the Road Town area for free or delivered at a low cost of $3.00. Delivery orders to Virgin Gorda and Jost Van Dyke are $6.00. Please note that we currently do not offer shipping to the U.S and other Caribbean islands.

Orders for Virgin Gorda are shipped with the ferry company on Tuesday and Thursday's, and orders for Jost Van Dyke are shipped with the respective ferry company on Saturday's and Sunday's.

All orders are processed within two (2) business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Pickup is available from Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 4:30 p.m.
